How we get personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly for one of the following reasons:
- As an enquiry about the potential use of our multimedia services
- Bookings made for Videography, Aerial Filming, Photography or Virtual Tours
- To book an appointment to discuss any of the above
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- With consent, as the result of an enquiry made through Juniper Education, including e4education and Primarysite
- As the result of an enquiry form completed on our website
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with the necessary details for the booking of our multimedia services and once a booking is confirmed we use it for the following purposes:
- Generating and sending invoices
- Drawing up and sending of our Terms and Conditions
- Sending your gallery of photographs
- Sending the link to your completed virtual tour or video
We may share this information with the photographer or videographer assigned to your project and with Juniper Education if appropriate.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@edupic.co.uk
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(c) We need it in order to carry out the work once a booking has been confirmed.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored electronically on our computer database. No paper copies will exist. This information will remain on our database until it is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected or processed.Or until you request to have your personal data removed. Known as the ‘right to be forgotten’.
